A clinical appraisal of the treatment of chronic duodenal ulcer by vagotomy and gastric drainage operation.

Abstract

The authors have followed up 100 patients upon whom a vagotomy plus a drainage operation was performed for chronic duodenal ulceration by one of them (H.C.E.) at King's College Hospital during the 11-year period 1948-1958.
