Abstract
Primary cell cultures obtained from embryos of Mizuchopecten yessoensis (Bivalvia) survived for four months. Although the number of cells progressively decreased during the cultivation, mitotic cells were observed both at the first stages and at the end. A possibility of growing marine invertebrates cells in long term primary culture is discussed.Entities:
