Abstract
High-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy has developed into a powerful method for determining the complete three-dimensional structures of proteins in solution. This article reviews current applications of this technique, with particular emphasis on areas of relevance to biotechnology, including protein engineering and protein design.Mesh:
