Abstract
1. The authors report three cases of neuroleptic induced akathisia resistant to treatment with anticholinergics, benzodiazepines and betablockers. 2. All three patients were treated with Ritanserin 10 mg bid and improved rapidly and substantially. 3. Discontinuation of Ritanserin led to a recurrence of akathisia.Entities:
