Abstract
In a 30-year-old man with Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, the only detectable gastrinoma was in the right liver lobe. Removal of the lobe, without additional gastric surgery, was followed by normalization of the gastrin level. Long-term follow-up confirmed the good result. The usefulness of quick intraoperative gastrin assay is stressed.Entities:
