Abstract
Secondary tumors comprise nearly 10% of ovarian malignancies; however, metastatic cancers arising from the lung are uncommon, with fewer than 15 cases reported. A patient with pulmonary large cell carcinoma and ovarian metastases resulting in recurrent refractory intraabdominal hemorrhage is presented. Metastatic involvement of the ovary from pulmonary malignancy is reviewed.Entities:
