Abstract
The synovial sarcomas constitute the 7-10% of the soft tissue malign tumors, with a preferred location in the limbs. In the head and neck a 5% of the totality are placed. We present one case of retropharyngeal synovial sarcoma and the accomplished treatment, together with a revision of the bibliography.Entities:
