Abstract
Though renal cell carcinoma may metastasize to unusual sites via hematogenous spread, ovarian metastasis is very uncommon. This is explained by atrophy of the ovaries with decreased blood perfusion in most postmenopausal patients who are at the age of peak incidence of renal cell carcinoma. We report a 28-year-old woman with metastatic renal cell carcinoma to the ovaries. Special attention to the differential diagnosis and the management should be taken.Entities:
