Abstract
The incidence of primary cervical choriocarcinoma is extremely low, with only approximately 60 cases reported. We present a case of primary cervical choriocarcinoma, which was originally mis-diagnosed as a cervical pregnancy. After failure of conservative treatment with methotrexate, the patient underwent a hysterectomy, followed by chemotherapy with actinomycin-D. After twenty months of follow-up, the patient is in good condition and her serum beta-hCG levels are normal.Entities:
