Abstract
Two cases of septicemia with Listeria monocytogenes in two pregnant women at the 20th and 23rd weeks of pregnancy, respectively, are presented. The women had delays of 8 and 10 days from onset of symptoms to diagnosis and adequate treatment. Outcome was favorable; both women delivered healthy infants at term.Entities:
