Abstract
Occlusion of the anterior choroidal artery was carried out in four cases for relief of Parkinsonism. Results were disappointing but there was temporary cessation of tremor in three cases and sustained alleviation of rigidity in two cases. The causes of these changes following operation are unknown.Entities:
