Abstract
Although isoniazid is mainly known and used for its antituberculous properties, it is also a lathyrogenic agent. This paper presents data confirming the lathyritic activity of isoniazid in vitro and in vivo and suggests that its action on connective tissue may be partly responsible for its therapeutic effectiveness.Entities:
