Abstract
It has been established that quercetin in doses of 10 and 50 mg/kg promotes normalization of the level of glycemia and blood coagulation, increases liver glycogen content, reduces high blood serum concentrations of cholesterol and low density lipoproteins, seen in diabetes. In some cases, the efficacy of quercetin exceeds that of chlorpropamide and dry Eleutherococcus extract in white rats with alloxan diabetes.Entities:
