Oral and masticatory changes during pregnancy have been documented for many years; however, their magnitude and frequency have not been stressed. This review highlights the major oral complications during pregnancy. Pregnancy gingivitis and pregnancy tumor are described and presented, and possible preventive strategies are suggested.
