Abstract
We report on a new case of leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava presenting as an abdominal mass. With the help of review of the literature, the value of modern imaging techniques is recalled. The treatment is exclusively surgical. The prognosis is poor due almost to the diagnosis delay.Entities:
