Abstract
Taken together, all these results suggest that TGF-alpha and amphiregulin are the major growth factors for positive growth control, although we don't know which plays the central role. For negative growth control, TGF-beta is the major factor. However, it remains to be solved which isoform of TGF-beta is naturally involved in keratinocyte growth regulation.Entities:
