Abstract
A method for the determination of urinary dehydroepiandrosterone (DHA) using 3beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase is described. The method includes extraction with ethylacetate, solvolysis, and color development using 3beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase. A study of comparison with gas-liquid chromatography method and recovery test was made, and results were sufficient for routine tests.Entities:
