Abstract
A rare disorder, neuroacanthocytosis is characterized by chorea, tics, subcortical cognitive impairments, and acanthocytosis. This study presents two men with neuroacanthocytosis who were initially diagnosed with schizophrenia. Findings revealed the intricate relationships between movement disorders and psychosis and the importance of accurate diagnoses.Entities:
