Abstract
Collagen induced the synthesis of collagenolytic enzymes in the culture of Aspergillus flavus. Enzyme activity of the culture increased during storage and passage on a medium with this inductor. We developed a method for isolation and purification of collagenolytic enzymes and obtained two electrophoretically homogenous enzyme preparations belonging to neutral thermolabile collagenolytic metalloproteinases.Entities:
