Abstract
Clear cell sarcoma (malignant melanoma) originating in bone is an extremely rare occurrence, which has been reported twice previously. It is challenging to differentiate this neoplasm from skeletal metastasis of malignant melanoma because it shows no specific imaging, pathological or immunohistochemical features. However, this differentiation is clinically important due to significant differences in patient management. In this article, we present the case of a 55-year-old man with primary clear cell sarcoma arising in the right radius.Entities:
