Abstract
We report a novel template-directed reversible photoligation of oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) via sensitizer tethered 5-carboxyvinyluracil. In this system, control of photoligation and photosplitting at 366 nm was possible through with or without template ODN.Entities:
