Abstract
A 54-year-old male was referred to our hospital with the chief complaint of a painless inguinal mass. A hard mass was palpable beside the left spermatic cord, which was covered with a soft tissue mass. Computed tomographic scan showed an inguinal mass, which was well enhanced to vascular density. The operative appearance indicated a tumor in the left spermatic cord, so we performed a radical orchiectomy. Histopathological diagnosis was lipoleiomyosarcoma. Lipoleiomyosarcoma of the spermatic cord is quite rare, and our case was considered as the first report in Japan.Entities:
