Abstract
Secondary syphilis most commonly presents with a papulosquamous eruption that involves the palms, soles, and mucous membranes. The papulonodular variant has only been described 11 times in the literature. We describe a case of papulonodular secondary syphilis presenting as an atypical lymphoid hyperplasia suggestive of cutaneous lymphoma.Entities:
