Bullous scabies.

Abstract

Bullous scabies is a rare presentation usually occurring in patients who are elderly. Clinical, histologic, and immunofluorescent findings mimic bullous pemphigoid. We report a case of bullous scabies in a 4-year-old boy and review the literature.
