Abstract
An unusual case of a patient presenting with myringitis bullosa haemorrhagica (MBH), who subsequently developed acute otitis media and meningo-encephalitis, is described. The aetiology of MBH is discussed, and recommendations for the management of patients with acute otitis are made.Entities:
