Abstract
The authors report 2 cases of prostatic tuberculosis. The patients are 59 and 62-years-old respectively. They presented obstructive and irritative symptoms of the lower urinary tract. The prostatic finding and PSA were abnormals. The prostatic biopsy was negative. The diagnosis of prostatic tuberculosis was made by histologic analysis after transuretral resection of prostate. The treatment is based on chemotherapy anti-tuberculosis.Entities:
