Abstract
CASE REPORT: We report the case of a 33-year-old pregnant female with severe preeclampsia who developed serous retinal detachments and HELLP syndrome. DISCUSSION: Following delivery by Caesarian section, there was spontaneous resolution of the serous retinal detachments, with residual pigmentary changes of the retinal pigment epithelium.
