Abstract
Regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics is required to coordinate cell movement, adhesion and shape change. The Ena/VASP protein family is thought to play an important role in linking signaling pathways to remodeling of the actin cytoskeleton. This review will examine the mechanisms by which Ena/VASP function might control actin dynamics and how these proteins are linked to various signaling pathways.Mesh:
