Abstract
An efficient and reversible template-directed photoligation of oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) using 5-carboxyvinyldeoxyuridine (CVU) was described. We have also demonstrated about photochemical synthesis of circularized DNA and padlocking plasmid DNA via CVU mediated photoreaction.Entities:
