Abstract
Colorectal cancer is a common malignancy. Surgical resection is the primary treatment modality and the outcome is closely related to the extent of the disease at presentation. Adjuvant chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin is the standard therapy for resected node-positive disease. This therapy can cause myelosuppression. We present a case of colon cancer with idiopathic leukopenia who tolerated chemotherapy without worsening of leukopenia.Entities:
