Abstract
Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is uncommon in lung transplant recipients despite the transfer of a significant amount of donor-derived lymphoid tissue and cells. It is associated with significant morbidity and a high mortality rate. We describe 4 cases of GVHD encountered over a 17-year period and review the literature about this peculiar pathology.Entities:
