Abstract
Intrathoracic migration of orthopedic fixation pins occurs infrequently but can have dire consequences if not recognized. Described herein is the case of an orthopedic pin that migrated from the proximal humerus into lung parenchyma. After preoperative computed tomography and fluoroscopy, the pin was removed via thoracotomy.Entities:
