Abstract
IV immunoglobulin therapy can lead to vascular events through increased serum viscosity and possibly other mechanisms. The authors describe the successful use of tissue plasminogen activator in three of four patients who developed cerebral and peripheral arterial thrombosis after treatment with IV immunoglobulin.Entities:
