Abstract
Ryanodine strongly inhibited histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells induced by anti-IgE. Ryanodine also inhibited Ca(2+)-mobilization from the intracellular Ca(2+)-store as well as histamine release in mast cells activated by anti-IgE. These results suggest that the effect of ryanodine on histamine release from rat mast cells might be due to the inhibition of Ca2+ release from the intracellular Ca2+ store.Entities:
