Abstract
A rare case of Castleman's disease of retroperitoneum is reported. The patient was an operated case of serous papillary carcinoma ovary. She was found to have an abdominal mass during follow-up. The mass was considered to be metastatic in origin and was resected. Histologically, it was diagnosed as a case of Castleman's disease.Entities:
