Abstract
We have studied 265 patients with an organical lesion of the larynx, using three different laryngoscopical methods: Indirect laryngoscopy, fibrolaryngoscopy and microlaryngoscopy. We have compared the correlation between each one and the anatomopatological diagnosis, concluding that microlaryngoscopy has the best correlation, better than the fibrolaryngoscopy and this one better than indirect laryngoscopy.Entities:
