Abstract
Neurosarcoidosis is a rare disorder in which psychosis and dementia may occur. They usually appear subsequently to the diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis. We report on a 39-year-old patient who presented with long-term decline and acute onset of psychosis and delirium, and who was found to have neurosarcoidosis.Entities:
