Abstract
This is a case report of a 25-year-old woman who developed spondylolisthesis following surgical spine fusion for treatment of congenital scoliosis. Increased biomechanical stresses and the possibility of an undetected pars interarticularis defect existing prior to fusion are considered as etiological factors in this progressive lesion.Entities:
