Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic disease which involves the nervous system in 5 to 15 p.cent. Neurosarcoidosis without signs of systemic disease is rare and may be difficult to diagnose. We report a case of a 61 year-old patient with a pseudotumoral neurosarcoidosis and along evolution of 25 years without systemic signs. In such cases, histological analysis is rewarding.Entities:
