Abstract
Meigs' syndrome is a benign tumor of the ovary with recurrent serous effusion which can resorb however after surgery. It is rarely seen. Its physiopathology remains obscure. Presently, our concern is a 34-year-old woman, admitted in an abdominal tension board, seriously affected by dyspnoea and whose state revealed a malignant process. The pelvic abdominal echography and the thoracic radiography have played a prominent role in the diagnostic approach. Ablating the ovarian tumor leads to a quick recovery. The histological nature of this tumor reveals a huge mucinous cystadenoma.Entities:
