M Robertson1, G De Jong, E Mansvelt.

Abstract

Leukemia in a hydropic fetus with hepatosplenomegaly and Down syndrome was diagnosed at 25 weeks' gestation. Spontaneous demise occurred 10 days after the cordocentesis. A review of the literature of the seven cases described antenatally and 10 cases described in the immediate neonatal period or on examination of the stillborn baby is presented. Copyright 2003 ISUOG.
