Abstract
The Zollinger-Ellison syndrome consists of severe peptic ulceration, acid hypersecretion, and islet tumors known as gastrinomas. The discovery of gastrinomas in unusual locations such as lymph nodes, bones, ovaries, and the liver poses a diagnostic dilemma as to whether the tumor is primary or metastatic. Here we present a case of a primary gastrinoma within a lymph node.Entities:
