Recurring and chronic urticaria: identification of etiologies.

Most of the literature on chronic urticaria has emphasized the difficulties of identifying etiology. Employing the sequential vascular response test, the authors have had a 93% success rate in determining causative factors in 156 clinic patients and of identifying specific aggravants in 85% of 300 cases.
