Abstract
We present a case of recurrent, nodulocystic and morphoeic basal cell carcinoma (BCC) at the lateral canthus, with clinically silent orbital and intracranial invasion which was treated with radiotherapy. Orbital invasion is a rare complication of periocular BCC and occurs primarily in high-risk canthal lesions. Preoperative ophthalmological review and imaging should be considered in these cases.Entities:
