Abstract
The synthesis, acetylcholinesterase inhibitory capacity and structure-activity relationships of simple-structured m-Aminobenzoic acid derivatives are reported. Compound 1b was found to be more potent than galanthamine and tacrine in inhibiting acetylcholinesterase.Entities:
