Abstract
A practical technic was described for collecting serial blood samples from mice. Blood was obtained from a tail incision made immediately after the mice had been exposed to an ambient temperature of 45 degrees C. Individual samples sufficient for most tests were readily obtained without significant hemolysis. The technic was rapid, reliable, humane, and required no special skill.Entities:
