Abstract
The clinical features of four cases of short-cycle manic depressive psychosis occurring in mentally defective patients are described. Behavioural fluctuations are correlated with alterations in sleep pattern, pulse rate and temperature. The diagnostic problems and significance of the observations are discussed.Entities:
