Abstract
The case of primary leiomyosarcoma of the ovary in a 20-year-old Italian woman with nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCC) is described. This report first shows the association of ovarian leiomyosarcoma with NBCC, expanding the complex nature of this syndrome.Entities:
