Abstract
An unusual case of a bronchogenic cyst arising in the retrosternal region and presenting as a midline neck cyst in an elderly patient is reported. These cysts are rare congenital anomalies found more commonly in the thorax in a paediatric population and very rarely present in the adult age and in the neck.Entities:
