Abstract
Anglomyolipoma is a benign kidney tumour that may be an isolated lesion or associated especially with tuberous sclerosis. The advancement of imaging technology allows a correct diagnosis in most cases before surgery. The management approach of angiomyolipoma should be aimed at parenchymal preservation: tumorectomy, partial nephrectomy and selective embolization. However, any doubt about the diagnosis should be clarified by classic surgery.Entities:
